Session 1: Honing Communication Skills in the Workplace
Communication skills rank #1 in the workplace. But it’s not communication the way you think it is. Verbal as well as non-verbal skills make up the highest desired commodity on the job front. This kickoff session will dive in-depth into those skills that companies expect from employees. Attendees will be tasked with executing skills, role-playing with classmates and in the down and dirty must know questions.
Session 2: Setting Goals – Fastrack Your Trajectory for Success
How can you measure it if it doesn't exist? Tony Robbins calls goal setting "the first step in turning the invisible into the visible:" This session is a Master Class in how to set goals for your career, life, finances and love. This session also plugs in the Super Power Finder test to unearth your unique and valuable Major Definite Purpose.
Session 3: Networking – Power Tools to Find a Job, Advance your Career & Expand Your Area of Influence
Nobody makes it alone. The secret passed from generation to generation is to leverage those who have succeeded before. Older generations hold positions of power, have done it all and are craving to give back to YOU! You will learn the power of mentorship, of asking and the secret code for winners. You will also learn how to network using different channels and communication styles: live events, webinars, mixers and, best of all, bars.
Session 4: Wrap Up – Lessons Learned & Where to Go from Here?
This is a no holds barred session where Attendees get to ask Rekha the big questions and get real-time answers. Nothing is off limits!
